Sometimes, things go awry before you even leave - such as airlines folding up and closing their doors, leaving you in the lurch. We are here to assist our clients in getting replacement schedules immediately, getting you back on track.
This was the case just this past Saturday. I called all of our agents, we met at the office and called all of our clients that were holding tickets. (my 9 year old took over flipping the flapjacks for breakfast - I burned the eggs!) We dove in, found protection space and had them all fixed up! The credit card companies are going to remove the charges off the credit cards.
Anyway, we also do the same for our customers that have vacations reserved. We are here in your corner, going to bat for you.
